KULTURALE ÖKONOMIK Economic revivals III

Elements I


In the last posting on Economics I was coming to and concentrating on the question of an integrating and concretizing possibility of the today´s economy and economical perception trying to clear some landmarks standing against this movement and pointing to therefore fundamental dangers and lackings in our perceptional and therefore reality reward concepts.

This post now should circle a bit more around the morphe or figure or emblemata of the CULTURAL ECONOMICS itself.

The same as Smithian free market economics and economy builds up and tended to form and constitute a real life figure of reality (?) and is at least efficient in and on reality, what reality degree it ever might have, the same should be with the notion and deception of the CULTURAL ECONOMICS. It should build up and tend to build up reality and to materialize, however with a more complete and essential reality degree and formula in comparison with the free market economy paradigm, since the first is the more fundamental and original concept of economic reality as the last and should (more or less relativating or modificating) contain the latter paradigm and in the same its shadow, the socialistic, centrally planned economy, as both blurred and mistaken aspects of a more profound and more comprehensive economic embedment which as the tertium gives sense to those aspects and regulates and coordinates and saves them in a more original and organically truly economic happening and event.

The CULTURAL ECONOMICS forma therefore is the holomorphic idea (a pleonasmic expression, idea being by it self always holo-morphic) of the New Economics (and the Old, as the original or the Economics by it self). I am putting an emphasis on this to stress the difference to a kind of conceptual and purely conceptual and conceptualistic thinking (that says that a concept or/and i.e. a theory is enough and that reality consists out of theory or concept alone. Which might be through for certain areas of reality in upper or extremly lower regions of reality, but certainly not for complex human reality entities, which always are of a double nature and constitute in an effectiveness and action of this com-plexity). On the same side a strict difference towards an so called realistic approach (i.e. materialistic in the following realisation) must be stated (if the former statement of an double-binded consistence of social realities is true. So that such an reductionist attempt would be understandable, if we consider that such an reduction stems from attempts of reducing "vivid" realities to elementary (non-vivid) constituencies, which is a totally illegitimate method at least and if undertaken asks for final explanations of the essential nature of the unit so that elementarism still is only presupposition for understanding.). So the paradigma of CULTURAL ECONOMICS therefore starts there where it should end. In the middle and in the subject it self. It therefore transcends today common functionalistic and activistic understandings that end and begin and consist in technical deployments but never as technics itself culminate in the final purposes of the technic itself, which is production of a "reality" /entity (this implying a totally technical constitution of the CULTURAL ECONOMICS forma. A technics able and capable of transcending and i.e. self-transcending or co-founding technics as perfections/fullfillments of technics.)

The production of culture and the civilizing process (i.e. the process of Human life) is an economic phenomenon. This does not only mean that culture and every civilization contains an economic element or builds out strong economic subsystems. It means that the production of culture or the en-culturalizing process is economic by him self. This implies a totalization of Economy and Economics. This not being an Economics contra Civilization battle but more a challenge for Economics and Economy to be able and potent to stand and to capture and to fulfill this demandings of creating culture and civilization. Creating culture or civilization means a creation of general welfare states be it more stressed in there material aspect (with the cultural concept) or in their applicative, deploying aspect of the existence (with the civilizational concept). The primary demand is 1. the creation of well-being and welfare and 2. on a absolutely general level (as culture and civilization is a per se general concept or entity). From here we again come back to the primary statement of the definition of economy and economics. From this perspective and standpoint it is clear how Economics can not consist in intra-systemic happenings, networks, actions, transports, interchange and their primary technical consideration for their improvement, optimization, efficiency. If undertaken without the final purpose or binding of this how to the what or why the Economy ceices to exist or has not even started. The primary definition and purpose of Economy is the production (i.e. containance in ) of the Wealth, Welfare. The welfare and the wealth is therefore the first and last consideration of Economics and Economy. Modern Economics extremly misses this dimension of it self and therefore tends not to satisfy conditions of economic reality, and therefore does not establish Economy or tends to build up phantoms trying to make them realities.

The CULTURAL ECONOMICS forma and formula therefore might be able of re- and presenting the integral asked for in the previous entry.

How CULTURAL ECONOMICS and ECONOMY demands the General as its precondition and starting point and scope

The culture begins with the moment of satisfying basic existential needs and executions. Not necessary therefore to say how necessary therefore it is for the performance of this reflection that we can think of a global unit of basic need satisfaction and equilibrium allocations which only can stem from structural solutions of the basic need and production problems and there overall deployment. Its purpose then consits in its overall implementation and in its service to satisfy this primary demanding of (pre-)economics respecting the generally diverse modes and forms organs of its realization ("cultures").
Real Economics and Economy however starts after this state is reached in order to answer the question of the how of the institution of the life of such a unit and totality, which is to raise the question of the culture and to start to think of culture (which always contains this freedom of asking or not, this freedom or total distance of manipulation) and which is to establish and therefore economically to perform the culture, to institute the culture as institution, as constitution, as oikonomia (needless to say how real oikonomia, one can apparently see from this consideration, implies real politeia,real politics of institution and self-constitution, and how politics (and then economics too) must be related and implanted in a relation towards an absolute, a total, which normally and traditionally is called the divine, or in the end the God, who finally has first instituted this global culture being called Creation. Paradisic Creation), towards theologia or better towards an direct relation towards the God, the Creator and Establisher, Enabler, and Sanctifier, why there all must have adorational or revelational receiving relations or divine institutions. This however is the absolute tabu of the modern era and the turn back or step towards will be the sign for its overthrow or for its apotheosis and perfection since it is the trive for this absolute sanctification and absolution but not from the traditional side (from the origin or the past), but from the coming, the future or the call and the promise of Paradise Rewon.
Real economic reflection and consideration demands a Global General. Culture itself can not be thought of untill a overall and universal level is reached, a common from which partial and or functional cultural diversification can arise from; but general reflection of the phenomenon of the Culture and then of Economia and Politics demands a universal, life general scale which we can find and have in the human civilization and the World it self. The World and the Human Civilization and Culture ist the starting point for culultural reflection and for economical thinking. It is only in this totality that a total and capturing and exhaustive reflection of economics can be expected. Only on this base and within this range and scope the necessary form of the en-culturalizing process can be fully depicted as a self-fulfilling at the same time closed (self-evident, authark) and open system. Only within this scale the frutilizational power or ability or purpose of the culture and its general economics can be made apparent and efficient. This is the scale and range why human life and economics even exist!

From this perspective and reflection point it instantly becomes apparent how human civilization means and can only mean the institution of a self-sufficient, deployed living, built of self-fulfillment, contingency and a kind of eternal institution within which the eternal commerce can occur which then brings inexhaustible, really affluent potentials and resources to the life of the world. This is the overall economic circle, process or paradigm, figure, holo-morphe, holo-gram of General Economics: Cultural/En-culturing Economics of the World and Transcendental Economics with the Eternal and its Flow-back for the sake of the reality institution itself.

CULTURAL ECONOMICS describes and deploys the cultural and holo-economic institution of the reality as the overall, i.e. global reality and institution. It is what mankind makes by sustaining and well performing its existence. This only can sufficiently and selfexploratory only be explained by the institution and performation of a Culture, which is the other name for the institution of the life of the mankind, and that is the other name for a holomorphic economy and economics.

Institution, Culture, Freedom and true Self-fulfilment

By bringing economics and economy back to its cultural function or identity a whole bunch of liberal and modern economics´(this implies the whole understanding of the Economy and Economics since the end of the Middle Age and the ruling economic notion of the Modern Age that within all its varieties stays determined by a same source that is able to produce such different fruits like the Smithian, the Equilibrium, the Marxist, the Keynsian etc. Economics) deployments and notional understandings shows up in its partiality or notional imperfection or insuficiency and tendency for contraproduction. The good thing however is that its a possible corrective and leading star without the necessity for a basic energetic cut of the modern economic concept. The overlay with the CULTURAL ECONOMICS paradigm simply leads the modern economic understanding towards a frutil evolution and perfection of its own basic parameters (free enterprise, market, production, capital, production of the welfare of the general, labor, need, price, equilibrium, value..) which frees them from current mal-definitions and shortenings which cause insane outcomes and institutions for the whole system and that by them self are eager to develop in the same way like they are historic and contingent developments too.

Within the CULTURAL ECONOMICS paradigm figure we find a system´s closure that is able to sustain the liberal-autonomous element (by at the same time perfecting it, by enabling autonomous acting of the production and sustain of the General or general production, where actors or collectives are so far enabled in their autonomy that they become able of a absolute integration, i.e. of becoming free will elements and performers of an absolute.. a movement which almost totaly belongs to the tabu zone of the Modern Age! but that is in its core heart and its production and welfare machine!), that closes mass horizontal or vertical complexities and diversifications by implying a real and really efficient 3d dimension of reality which is the Global/Human Cultural! and that provides the real frame and form for multiple and and even guarantees maximal diversification by at the same time systematically making fundamental and permanent destabilization impossible, since these energies get instantly transformed to value creating and substance creating actions of the Global Economy and Culture and it helps institute or finally find a real, organic and multipotent symbolic medium of value and exchange, since it helps to further devolop the medium from its fatal differenciation into a pure abstract quantum and real estate base or an in itself finally blind transactionism. What this capital and "money" might become is a fundamental quest of the CULTURAL ECONOMICS and one of its main purposes.

What ever it finally will turn out to be, we can know say that it has to fulfill conditions of true self-fulfillment or satisfaction of the existence of the mankind and its parts and participants. It will have to have 1. a strong substantial dimension, 2. a total participatory (or quantifiable, divisional) dimension, and it will have to have 3. self value , value in itself, that 4. will have to be a partially eternal, inexhaustible and therefore really affluent value.

Only such a medium or value reality will be adequate to such a self-fulfilling culture or institution of a totally open Autarkeia and they both will then first be able to institute the reality of such an reality and state.

A model and economy the European or the Western Culture (or indeed the christian culture and i. e. its secular derivatives too) keeps well bewared in its core heart or even tries to implement for now over 2000 years, a fact that should call attention to this culture itself most.
